COOKBOOK

For the project Cookbook, the artists and local residents gathered together to share favorite recipes and create a cookbook for their apartment complex. The project culminated in a big shared dinner with dishes made according to the participants’ favorite recipes.

 

Recipes from the cookbook were also available on a city bulletin board.

 

Nadenka Creative Association was founded in 2014 in Omsk. The group includes Anastasia Makarenko, Maria Rybka, Nadezhda Valetskaya, Maria Alexandrova, and Alyona Isakhanyan. All of the members graduated from the Chto Delat School of Engaged Art (St. Petersburg). The collective’s sphere of interest includes art activism, craftivism, art projects, feminist projects, self-education, learning and unlearning, crafts, recycling, and organizing seminars, workshops, excursions, and attractions.
