On April 23, the art-manager of the ART PROSPECT festival Natasha Ergens held a presentation in Pskov, Russia. The presentation took place within the framework of the 'Milk and Hay' project, and as a part of the 'Vetka' educational program. 

 

Focusing on the management of public art festivals, the presentation addressed questions of the role of the arts in the public sphere and its relation to urban environment.
